As a child I had “those magic shoes” that were supposed to help me walk correctly. They weren’t as bad as what Forest Gump had but they still were not as stylish as an image conscious 8 year old would have liked to wear. I’m not sure what was worse the magic shoes or the Kmart Trax. Either way I still walk and stand crooked.

I have had the “It’s Not Easy” song stuck my head all day long.  Any time someone starts talking to me all I can think is: “He has the head of a camel, the neck of a crocodile…”
